Reporting to the head of academy and based at the club's Woodhouse Grove training base, the successful candidate will lead and coordinate the performance analysis support provision to all academy age groups (under-9 to under-18), and manage the day-to-day running of the analysis function.

Reporting to the head of academy and based at the club's Woodhouse Grove training base, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with the club doctor and head physiotherapist to lead on the delivery of an elite level of physiotherapy to all academy age groups (under-9 to under-18).

Matchday Officials Chaperone

 

We are looking to recruit an individual who has great interpersonal skills. The role requires you to meet and greet the matchday officials, ensure they are chaperoned pre-match, and then to make sure you can provide assistance for any security needs.

£13.00 per hour upwards depending on experience and qualifications.

Essential Qualifications

Level 2 in Spectator Safety (or above).

Ideally the individual will also hold a close protection SIA License.

Matchday Customer Service Stewards

We are looking to recruit additional matchday customer service stewards to join our current team at Bradford City Football Club.

Our matchday staff provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff. This means you could be inside or outside, on your feet showing people where to go, checking tickets at entry, monitoring the crowd and managing the car parking facilities. 

Wherever you are, we want you to be the helpful and friendly face representing the Football Club. As a customer service steward, you will be responsible for securing the stadium, staff and visitors for our supporters. 

£11.44 Per Hour upwards, depending on experience and qualifications.

This may include: 

• Carrying out pre and post-stadium safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures. 

• Greeting, assisting and directing visitors attending the stadium. 

• Ensuring that no prohibited or restricted items are taken into the stadium.

• Monitoring visitor/crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary.

Qualifications Required

• Level 2 in Spectator Safety (or above). 

Our recruitment and selection process will include a face-to-face interview, once your application has been received. Given the nature of the industry, we will need to verify your ID, collect 2 satisfactory references and acquire DBS (criminal checks) clearance.

 

Matchday Turnstile Operators

We are looking to recruit additional turnstile operators to join our current team at Bradford City Football Club.

Our Turnstile Operators provide a first point of contact for our supporters. You’ll need to be the fun, helpful and friendly face representing the Football Club. 

£11.44 Per Hour 

As a turnstile operator, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting, assisting and directing visitors attending the stadium.

• Checking the ticket upon entry to the stadium.

• Ensuring that no prohibited or restricted items are taken into the stadium.

• Monitoring visitor /crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
