September 12, 2019

The Tobacco Prevention Program in Bradford County is excited to announce the new Students Working Against Tobacco club advisor Bradford High School, Grace Johns.

Grace was a member of the Bradford High School Class of 2018. She will be graduating from Santa Fe College in December with her AA degree. While there she served as Santa Fe College’s 2018 Woman of Promise.

While in high school, Grace was a member of Students Working Against Tobacco for three years and served as the club’s secretary during her senior year. Throughout her time in SWAT, Grace attended several conferences and spoke at several events, including the Community Anti- Drug Coalition of America’s national conference.

Grace enjoyed every minute of her time helping prevent the use of tobacco products in Bradford county’s youth and is excited to be the new SWAT advisor for Bradford High School. "Grace has always been a rising star and was a wonderful club member at BHS. It is wonderful to see the passion she gained in high school through her involvement in SWAT will now allow her to impact students on campus at BHS in a positive way." said Jenna Hewett, Tobacco Prevention Specialist of Bradford County.
