BILLY’S COOP LAUNCHED TO ENHANCE MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE

10 March 2020

The official opening of Billy’s Coop will take place on Saturday when City play host to Leyton Orient (3.00pm).

Located in the concourse of the JCT600 Stand (West), Billy’s Coop is the home of City’s mascot, Billy Bantam.

The station provides a place for Junior Bantams - aged 11 and under - to unwind with some pre-match entertainment, prior to the start of each of the club’s home fixtures.

Billy’s Coop includes colouring stations for the youngsters, face painting, temporary tattoos, special guest appearances and an XBOX with FIFA available to play!

It has been part-funded by club supporters' groups Bingley Bantams, Shipley Bantams and Friends of Bradford City.

The creation of the Coop comes as part of plans to continue improving the matchday experience at the Utilita Energy Stadium.

It will be open from 1.45pm ahead of matches with a 3.00pm kick-off and an hour prior to a 7.45pm kick-off during midweek.

In order to enter Billy's Coop, supporters must head to the silver gate situated in the directors’ car park next to the W11 turnstile at the Utilita Energy Stadium, presenting their match ticket to gain entry.

Should Junior Bantams hold a ticket elsewhere in the ground, they will be handed a voucher at the gate allowing entry into the JCT600 Stand, which will permit access for them to return to their seat elsewhere.

PLEASE NOTE: At busy times, access to - or time within - Billy’s Coop may be restricted.

Further sponsorship opportunities for Billy's Coop remain available. Please contact commercial@bradfordcityfc.co.uk for more information on how to get involved.
