Jake joined the Bantams on an initial three-year deal in the summer of 2022.
Young came through the academy at City’s West Yorkshire neighbours Guiseley, before joining Sheffield United’s academy in 2019.
The exciting forward won the Sky Bet League Two title with Forest Green Rovers during the 2021/22 campaign.
