Finn came through City’s academy, and in January 2021 signed a contract extension to keep him at the University of Bradford Stadium until the end of the 2023/24 season.
The 19-year-old made 14 appearances for the Bantams in the 2021/22 season and since June 2021, Cousin-Dawson has made a number of appearances for the Northern Ireland U21 side.
In the Summer of 2022, Finn joined National League North side Spennymoor Town on loan.
