Romoney signed on a season-long loan from City’s West Yorkshire neighbours Huddersfield Town, keeping him at the club until the conclusion of the 2022/23 season.
The centre-back spent the first half of last season on loan at Swindon Town, before joining Sky Bet League One side Plymouth Argyle on loan for the remainde of the 2021/22 campaign.
Crichlow has also had loan moves at Bradford Park Avenue, Hartlepool United and Welling United.
