Fiacre joined the Bantams on a two-year deal in the summer of 2021 from National League side Wrexham.
The 26-year-old has plenty of experience, after reaching 200 career appearances last season.
After making 11 appearances for City last season, Kelleher will spend the 2022/23 campaign on loan at National League side Solihull Moors.
